Editorial Policy
Money writing should be easy to check and honest about its limits. This page explains how every post on nidhi is researched, reviewed, and corrected, and where the line sits between education and advice.
How posts are reviewed
Every article is written and edited under one name, nidhi, and goes through the same checks before it is published. A post starts from a concrete question a real person would ask, gets drafted with worked examples and actual numbers rather than generalities, and is then read back for two things: is each claim supported, and would a beginner understand it without a glossary. Jargon is defined the first time it appears. Anything that cannot be stated plainly is reworked until it can.
Sourcing standards
Claims are grounded in primary and reputable secondary sources: established books, recognised reference material, and public data. Where a post draws on specific sources, they are listed on the article itself under "referential reading," so you can follow the trail yourself rather than take our word for it. Worked examples use realistic figures, and where a number is illustrative rather than a forecast, the post says so. Exchange rates shown in the tools come from the European Central Bank reference rates, dated on screen.
Education, not advice
nidhi explains how money works so you can make your own decisions. It is not a licensed financial adviser, and nothing on the site is personal financial, investment, or tax advice. Posts do not recommend specific products, funds, or securities, and do not tell you what you personally should buy or sell. Past performance of any investment is not indicative of future results. For decisions that depend on your tax residency, legal situation, or risk tolerance, consult a qualified professional. This boundary is intentional and applies to every page.
Corrections
If something is wrong, we want to fix it. Spot an error, an out-of-date figure, or a claim that no longer holds, and email hello@nidhi.today. Substantive corrections to a published post are made in the post and reflected in its "last updated" date, so the change is visible rather than quietly swapped in. Minor fixes such as typos are made without a date change.
